Jonathan C. Javitt, MD, MPH

Dr. Javitt is a physician-scientist and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience translating neuroscience research into clinical practice. He has led multiple FDA-cleared medical technology programs and holds faculty appointments at leading academic medical centers.

CAPT Dennis K. McBride, USN Ret.

Captain McBride brings over 25 years of U.S. Navy service and deep expertise in military medicine, operational psychology, and federal program management. He has led large-scale DoD health initiatives and serves as the primary interface with government partners.

Prof. Joshua Brown, MD, PhD

Professor Brown is a leading neuroscientist and clinician specializing in TMS, fMRI-guided neuromodulation, and treatment-resistant depression. He serves as Principal Investigator on the DARPA SPARC-TMS trial and holds a joint appointment at Harvard Medical School.
